The prep work continues!

This weekend I worked on the food angle. We now have a 10 week menu planned as well as detailed plans for the 17 days I will be gone.  There are 32 meals prepared and frozen in the freezer including those numbered for use the days I am gone. Yup, I'm pretty happy with myself. Now on to this week's mission... clean the house!  T- 9 days and counting!!

I'm impressed! You are one very organized lady!!! I thought I was doing good that I had a few meals in our freezer before I went in labor, but I didn't have anywhere near 32 meals prepared. You go, girl!!!

well...

I DO have the added benefit of not being 9 months pregnant while planning for the first few weeks post baby.:)

She needs to blog about her cooking. :^)

First off, wow, you are leaving for your baby girl so soon, how freakin exciting is that? And OMG, making one meal is too much time for me. Ugh, time! Maybe we could hire you!!!???

Just one more week to go! Woohoo!!! I so wish I could go, but I'm very excited for y'all just the same and CAN'T WAIT to meet my new niece!!

Ok, somehow I missed the announcement that you were leaving for CHINA!!!!!! I am doing the happy dance for you guys. I am so happy for you. Big congrats to all of you and very safe travels.
