Well since diapers are going to be around awhile...

I've always hated using disposable diapers. They cost an arm and a leg, are full of bad cemicals, and are clogging up the landfills. So we went with cloth diapers... most of the time. I've tried a number of different types of cloth diapers and found one I like and don't mind using them at all... most of the time. But there are times when the hassle of cloth just isn't worth it... namely travel. Finally, I think I've found a solution. gDiapers. I'm so excited. I can't wait for my order to get here so I can try them. I'll keep you posted!

Thanks for the info on gdiapers!
I am soooo anxious to hear how they work for you! I used the link on your blog to check out their website and I really want to try them out. I also sent the link to my fellow earth concious sister in law for her son who is 6 months old.
Thanks again for posting the link!

These looks so cool! I would have used these for travel and vacations if they had been around when Grace was small. The only thing I can see with these is the velcro only on the closures on the back. Yes, they are on the back, but that seems to only work for tiny babies. Toddlers seem to require snaps, or they will take them off. I used to have a snap press and I would add plastic snaps to diapers or diaper covers that didn't have them. Perhaps they will add this feature as they become more popular.
